Due to the rising cost of gas and poor road conditions
we no can no longer offer free delivery.
We hand deliver
all our gift baskets, fruit baskets and floral
arrangements within the island of Montreal (Quebec) and the
surrounding areas if order is placed before 10:30 AM that day.
All orders for Fruit baskets or Floral arrangements OUTSIDE or
the Montreal area will be transfered to one of our many reliable
affiliates in that area. All orders placed after
10:30AM will be delivered the next day,or we can deliver it SAME DAY using a RUSH courier service
for you. ( weather permitting)
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Eastern time).
During busy seasons your call will be returned by a customer
service agent the same day.

Return Check Fee will be $30.00**
Orders may be placed online using our shopping cart with the Paypal®
system and will be confirmed via email by a customer service agent.
NOTE: The delivery fee that is given when
the online shopping cart only applies to the Montreal (Quebec)
Shipping/Delivery Fees, Delivery Time and Quebec Taxes
all orders are shipped (delivered) the same day if received by
10:30 AM EST Monday to Friday, unless a later ship date is specified.
Orders placed on weekends will ship the next business day.
deliveries are made from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally. We CANNOT
guarantee a delivery time unless you send it RUSH. Our van usually leaves for delivery at 11:00 AM.
nobody is home at time of delivery, the hand delivery drivers
will try and find a neighbor to accept the delivery, and leave a
message on their answering machine(please provide phone # )
instructing them to pick it up at the neighbors home. If they
cannot find anyone to accept it, we will contact the recipient
to arrange another delivery time. After 2 try, the gift is
returned to our store and we will contact you.
also offer Saturday hand delivery to Montreal and surrounding
areas upon request (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
** Special occasions such as Mothers Day will have Sunday delivery
at no extra charge.**

Local Hand Delivery Fee Information
hand deliver to the Island of Montreal, West Island (limit of
Baie D'Urfe), Chomedey Laval, Brossard, Greenfield
Park, Longueuil and St. Lambert. All other delivers will be shipped
overnight by our courier service.

A 50% deposit is required to start order, if order is within 2
weeks, full payment is required.

Shipping Information & Policy
gifts shipped or delivered include a hand written enclosure card.
chocolate gifts is at your own risk** (in hot weather areas)
we will however ice-pack the shipping box. If we think the weather
is too hot, we will refuse to deliver it.
orders are shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of the
Holiday Season, as shipping may take longer to some locations.

Ground shipping generally takes 2 to 6 business days based on
location not including weekends or ship date.
strive to make sure all information is correct when we receive
your order. If any package is sent to the wrong address due to
incorrect customer information submitted, we will re-bill to reship
or redeliver the order.

information given by you, we will reverse the courier charges
back to you.**
notify us by telephone or email as soon as any errors are noticed
before your shipment is sent out. Once it leaves for delivery
you will be charged any extra fees imposed by the courier service,
if there are errors on your shipping address.
Gift Creations assumes no responsibility for shipment delays occasioned
by the courier or other delivery services once the gift has left
our base during busy or peek seasons such as Christmas time.
Please remember, if you are stuck in traffic, our drivers are
most likely stuck too.
Delivery to Hospitals:
placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital worker or
doctor, please make sure that you include as much information
about the patient or the Doctor's location as possible.

flowers and fruit baskets cannot be shipped. Only hand-delivered
due to the fact that these are delicate items.
baskets can only be delivered within Canada.
baskets may be returned (minus a 20% restocking fee) however any
products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be refunded
due to the nature of food items, open product can't be resold.
