Delivery fees & information

We offer hand delivery to the island of Montreal and surrounding areas for the low cost of 16$ .

We offer deliver via Canada Post to most areas outside of Quebec. If it is a very remote area, we will not be able to help you. Please email us to ask if we can deliver there first.

Delivery outside of Quebec is 30$ 

 

 

Shipping And Delivery Policies:

Montreal and Area: We deliver Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You must order at least 24 hours before or call us to see if we still have availability for same day at 877-693-1100


Please call us for Saturday deliveries.


PLEASE NOTE: The ship date given on the web is an approximation although we are usually very good at getting it there on the expected date. Everything depends on weather and the construction and roads closures .

Refund Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us!
Should your gift or gift basket arrive damaged, please contact our customer service representatives within 48 hours and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to replace it. For reasons of health and safety gourmet gift baskets cannot be returned.

Substitution:

Due to a supply chain problem and shortages ,

We reserve the right to substitute any product for others of equal or greater value.

Deposit:

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on order of $500.00 or more. Please call us for details. Food and Gourmet Food Gift baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns, so please call us if there is a problem.

 

Incorrect Address?

If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges.

We cannot verify each address, we assume you gave us the correct information. 

Delivery to Hospitals 


When placing an order for delivery to a patient, hospital worker or doctor, please make sure that you include as much information as possible. Some hospitals do not allow balloons s please call to ask them first. 

Some hospitals do not allow gifts if there are in intensive care, so please call to ask them first

Remember Quebec hospitals use the Maiden name of the patient, not the family name.
