Delivery Fees & Information

Carolyn’s Gift Creations offers local hand delivery on the island of Montreal and surrounding areas. Local delivery is available Monday to Friday, usually between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. For best availability, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance.

If you need same-day delivery, please order before the daily cutoff or call us first to confirm availability.

Saturday delivery may be available by special request, depending on the delivery area, order volume, and product availability.

Please call us before placing a Saturday delivery order so we can confirm whether delivery is possible for your requested date and location.

For deliveries outside Quebec, Carolyn’s Gift Creations offers shipping by Canada Post to many areas across Canada. Delivery timing depends on the destination, shipping service, and product availability.

Please note that some gift baskets or items may not be suitable for shipping outside Quebec. If your order is time-sensitive or going to a remote location, please contact us before placing your order.

Some remote areas may not be available for delivery or shipping. If the destination is outside a major delivery area, Carolyn’s Gift Creations may need to confirm the location before accepting the order.

Please contact us first if you are unsure whether we can deliver to the recipient’s address.

Carolyn’s Gift Creations can deliver gifts to hospitals when deliveries are permitted by the hospital. When placing an order for a patient, please include as much information as possible to help complete the delivery.

• Hospital name
• Room number, pavilion, or wing
• Full hospital address
• Patient phone number, if available

Please note that some hospitals do not allow gifts in intensive care units. In Quebec, hospitals may use the maiden name of the patient rather than the family name, so please confirm the correct information before ordering.

Please make sure the recipient’s address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Carolyn’s Gift Creations cannot verify every address before delivery.

If a gift is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an updated address. Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply.

Custom gift baskets may be available for special occasions, corporate gifts, large orders, or personalized requests. For custom orders of $500.00 or more, Carolyn’s Gift Creations requires a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Please contact us before placing a large or custom order so we can confirm product availability, timing, delivery options, and any special requirements.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If a gift basket arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours so we can review the issue and make the necessary arrangements.

For health and safety reasons, gift baskets cannot be returned. Due to supply availability, Carolyn’s Gift Creations reserves the right to substitute an item with another product of equal or greater value.
