Do you deliver gift baskets across Canada?
Yes — we ship to the most parts of Canada, but we specialize in the Montreal Quebec and Ontario areas.
How fast is delivery?
Same day delivery is available to Montreal and surrounding areas if the order is placed by 10 am the same day. The rest of Canada takes 1 to 5 business days. It is better to call to double check with us 877-693-1100 or email us atcarolyngiftcreations@vl.videotron.ca
Can I send a gift basket as a surprise (with a message)?
Yes. You can add a gift message during checkout, and we’ll include it with the order. Prices will not appear on the card message.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes - we deliver to the ones on the Island of Montreal and surrounding areas. For a female patient, the Maidan name is required. Be sure to give us the exact room # to ensure hassle free delivery. Also double check that the patient is still at the hospital.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from Montreal, Quebec, which helps with fast shipping across Quebec and efficient delivery to the rest of Canada.
Can I choose a delivery date?
If the “Preferred delivery date” option is available on the cart/checkout for your order, you can select it before placing the order. Delivery date availability can vary based on destination and shipping method.
Do you deliver to condos, apartments, and offices?
Yes. We deliver to homes, condos, apartments, and businesses. For best results, include buzzer/unit numbers and any delivery notes at checkout.

Each gift basket includes a curated selection (often chocolate, sweets, cookies, and snack items). The exact contents are shown on each product page.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes — we can help with corporate gifting and larger orders. If you have multiple recipients or a deadline, contact us and we’ll suggest the best options and timelines.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
Carriers may leave the package in a safe spot, attempt redelivery, or direct it to a nearby pickup location depending on the address and local carrier rules. A Photo is taken as proof. Adding delivery instructions at checkout can help.
Will my order arrive fresh and safe?
We pack orders carefully for shipping and protect items to help them arrive in great condition. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.
